Genetically modify barley crops to withstand the kind of conditions that climate change will bring. Problem solved.

I can't speak for everyone but usually when choosing the alcohol I wanna drink the environment doesn't really cross my mind.

Question One: How cheap is it?
Question Two: Does it taste good?
Question Three: How fast will it get me fucked up?

Usually my criteria for buying booze. Environmental impact doesn't come to mind, personally, but that's because I usually think of how I'm impacting Earth in other ways. I just see alcohol like I do soda - as something to drink for enjoyment.

I don't like beer though; shit's nasty. I like Screwdrivers and Hard Lemonade for my casual drinking.

Seriously though, on one hand, I think it’s a great way to catch people’s attention. On the other another, idk if people are going to connect the two together in any meaningful way.

Though it does make for a great comedy sketch of a scientist explaining to an angry crowd why this is a big deal, only for them to all shout “so when can you bring the beer back?!?”

That's my worry. It's like a global version of that test where the frog is in water that's slowly boiling.

That doesn't fit your budget I'm afraid. Drink mass produced stuff like the rest of us.

I'm actually joking. Have you tried organic beer?
It tastes, and this is not a way beer should ever be described, as greasy. Like, literally oily.

I was joking too, and I'm not sure if I have. There's a few craft beer breweries around here, and I have no idea if their creations are organic or not.

You sure you were drinking beer and not another similarly coloured liquid?

Yup, keep considering the average right-wing voter as a food stamp beer-swilling full-denim moron who fell out of high school. Genuinely. Please do. I'm already planning my Kanye West 2024 party because there's nothing to worry about. Have fun with the 60-40 Senate.

It's insulting, but in a funny way.

By "liberals" you mean "people who are pro science beacuse being anti science is anti humanity"?

Interesting future projection, but I wouldn't label it as "Definitive Proof", not until it happens at least

Then again, other stuff could happen to make beer more expensive regardless of the climate but that's beside the point

Yes, in the US being pro-science and pro-humanity means being left wing.

Maybe American Right wingers should stop acting like beer swilling full denim morons who fell out of high school. You can't moan about being called stupid when you act stupid, say stupid things, believe stupid things and do stupid things. Maybe liberals call them stupid because they are.

Also, iirc, democrats are the party that has held 60 seats more often.

How do we know this? Because the first step toward Communism is Socialism, and none of the aforementioned are even remotely Socialist in any way, shape, or form.

Survival Of The Fittest!
Crimes committed by Muslims will be proof of a pan-Islamic plot and Islam's inherent evil. On the other hand, crimes committed by non-Muslims will merely be the acts of mentally ill lone wolves who do not represent their professed belief system at all.
The probability of someone secretly participating in homosexual acts is directly proportional to the frequency and loudness of their publicly professed disapproval and/or disgust for homosexuality.
If Donald Trump accuses an individual of malfeasance without evidence, it is almost a certainty either he or someone associated with him has in fact committed that very same malfeasance to a greater degree.

Done it three times without that.

And if you're poor, you're likely renting anyway.

I know I wasn't drinking piss, that stuff tastes loads better than that beer, depending on the time of day.
