A red, white, and blue flag rises over the Capitol building for the first time in over a decade. This seems like an overly long hypothetical when all it essentially is, is just a question of "Would you obey orders even if it meant the killing of 100 unarmed prisoners, and refusal to do so would result in your arms and legs being broken?"
