It is not ideal for a conservative president loved by many Christians to support Saudi Arabia, a tyrannical islamic theocracy. I wonder what will be the Saudi`s response? But this is going to be destructive to the world market and economy. Another oil embargo?
I can't speak for all Christians, but it's clear the fundamentalist Evangelicals will defend him no matter what he does. It's been abundantly clear from the beginning that the only god Trump worships is himself, but the fanatics seem to think Trump is a servant of God. Why they think a cognitively impaired conman who would have amounted to nothing if not for his father, a serial philanderer, a man who has openly called for deliberately killing civilians has the blessing of God, I don't know, but I know they think so and they will excuse his every action.
They believe he'll help turn on the Bat Signal For Jesus eventually.
