Believe it or not, this was said by a psychopath in the game Far Cry 3.
Why am I talking about this?
I'm seeing photos and records of people saying that there are over 1 thousand people holding an plate of with name of Marielle Franco, a policy that was murdered a while back. If you were shocked to learn that the police were only strengthened to protect foreigners in the 2014 World Cup, understand this too: 60,000 people are murdered a year in our country. Families destroyed and helpless with their losses. Imagine the pain and suffering of losing a son or daughter of a father and mother? But what do the people decide to do? protest over the death of one, a person who worked in politics. Can you understand what I'm saying? I always say to myself: Only a great tragedy, for example, would change our moral issues. Many will say that "More she fought for the people" ... Tell me a politician in Brazil who fought for the people, without being corrupted, who can we really trust, who showed all his bank details and proved that he did not steal anything? Tell me! Politicians here do not fight for the people, they fight for their own interests. I know this problem covers the whole world, but here it is very marked. It's disgusting to realize that people value more one life than 60,000.
