Anyone should be able to do anything they want to with their guns, especially if they don't harm others like this patriotic American.

Strawman much?

Also get a damn blog

Anyone else here love it when when the thread topic is literally a straw man with nothing to discuss?

And which has already been addressed in the gun control thread, with pretty much the same results...

This sounds a lot like the thuuuuuuuper genius who set his own shoes on fire to protest the Nike deal with Kaepernick.

(edited for clarification: while they were still on his feet)

Self harming oneself to protest a president is indicative of a person that is not of sound mind.

I... I don't understand. Are you... are you defending him shooting himself as a legitimate act of protest?

Gauth, shooting yourself as an act of political protest is dumb. It is so dumb there is a saying about it. You know "don't shoot yourself in the foot"? Admittedly this particular dumbass shot himself in the shoulder, but still. The dumbassery is clear.

He didn't harm anyone else for one. Plus it's amusingly ironic that the NSG Gun Club is more visibly bothered by a liberal shooting himself than by the numerous threads on mass shootings.

looks around for literally anyone saying anything that would support your post

...

Hm, nothing. Weird.

Ah well. Better luck implying that anyone who doesn't want to categorically ban guns is literally a mass shooter next time mate.

Well, if one absolutely must shoot someone in political protest, I do prefer it to be them shooting themselves in a nonlethal fashion. A better option would be nobody getting shot, but that would be reasonable.

Shooting himself got plenty of news attention so arguably it was more effective than some peaceful means nobody would give a shit about. Any publicity is better than no publicity.

We have a thread on gun issues. Use it.

And the OP is a little thin, too.
