I'm not even sure what's going on with these games: Cowboys lost to the Jets, Titans to Denver, Rams to the 49ers, Chiefs to Texans, and Falcons to Cardinals. This is a wild season, especially since some of these pass interference calls are terrible. I guarantee they'll change that for next year if enough coaches and players bitch.

I knew that the rams would lose to the 49ers, they're a better team this year. Gurley is crock and he was their only real power play on offense.

Mahomes ankle got aggravated again in the game when someone hit it. It seems this injury is going to linger and if he's hit, it's going to effect his mobility, and without Mahomes, the Chiefs are powerless. And the Steelers is surprising.

This just goes to show that the Chargers are a garbage team who always get an easy schedule and cannot beat the Steelers without egregious refball

Yeah the Rams aren’t the same team anymore. The Niners were overall the better team.

Looking at the Niners upcoming schedule...
@ WAS.. win there..
VS CAR.. probably a win too..
@ AZ.. free win #2..
VS SEA.. that’ll be fun but I think the Niners can pull that one out.. (could be wrong)
VS AZ.. free win #3..
VS GB.. again, fun, but probably a win there (could be wrong)..
@ BAL.. win probably..
@ NO.. probably a loss, sadly..
VS ATL.. win..
VS LAR.. win..
@ SEA.. probably a loss..

Yeah I could see the Niners going anywhere between 11-5 to 14-2. Then again, this season can be wacky.

I kept telling everyone, don't count out Matthew Stafford! He is a decent quarterback with some decent wide receivers. They have a good enough team, and I had a feeling this week. It's now 13-10 but still, the aren't getting blown out at the half.

I think they Chiefs either need to trade for a pair of big, run stuffing linemen, or say fuck it and blitz every damn play. If the defense is gonna suck at least go big or go home.

While I don’t quite agree with the announcers that those two flags against Flowers cost the Lions the game, they were horrible flags, and even if he had done it the second time, I wouldn’t have thrown it just because the first was such a bad call. He executed a nasty stab/club series(pass rush move), with very good technique, enough to definitively beat a pro-bowl caliber LT, and got flagged for it.

That said, Rodgers had some absolutely unfair throws. I mean, the Lions defense had some plays where they couldn’t have been any tighter in coverage and Rodgers simply didn’t give a damn. Granted, his receivers came down with a couple contested ones, but there were two red zone drops, one that caused an INT on what was a safe throw by Rodgers, and he had some that the DB had no chance to contest. And that, kids, is why I love watching Rodgers.

That said, don’t agree with the decision to go for the chip shot field goal. Hand the ball off, because kickers just haven’t been that good outside Justin Tucker the last couple of years. Or put it in the hands of the best player on the field, Aaron. But either way, they’re 5-1, and I think it’s GB and New Orleans in the NFC Championship. Niners and Bears will certainly be tough, and be Rams will too, but those two squads have top 8 defenses and top 5 quarterbacks.

Guy has a cannon for an arm, too, right up there With Mahomes, Allen, and Winston. (Mahomes isn’t in apple’s words, interesting. It wants to autocorrect it) Unfortunately, he isn’t the former, but he’s definitely leagues above the latter two. I don’t know if anyone else in the league quite has that kind of pure arm strength. Maybe Cam or Flacco a few years ago?

Speaking of Winston, at this point, I think the 2015 draft was absolutely abysmal as a whole. 24 of 32 1st round draft picks were either total busts or just pedestrian players. Notable hits: Melvin Gordon, Amari Cooper, Todd Gurley. Vikings probably did he beat, securing Trae Waynes, Stefan Diggs, and Danielle Hunter. Landon Collins for the Giants in the 2nd.

Now for my weekly review of Week 6:

So, I'll be 7-7 this week. Can't say how the that happen oh wait: several teams dropped the ball. First off, the Chiefs lost and only because Mahomes is still dealing with an injury he re-aggravated so I suspect as long as he's hurt, he'll struggle against good teams. Second, the Rams, oh my they looked horrible and it was because, you guess it: their O-Line. Seriously, when are teams going to learn that you need a good O-Line to protect your QB would can't handle the slightest bit of pressure. It also costed me in Fantasy since I had Kupp... Third, the Cowboys, a team with a high power offense, lost to a 0-4 team by the name of the Jets. I'll say Darnold makes a big difference but the bigger concern is the fact that the Cowboys may have been figured out (just like the Rams). Maybe it's time to sack the Cowboys Head Coach. Mariota is benched so is career is no mas in Tennessee. Oh but the Chargers losing to a third string QB? Priceless. Looks like they aren't charged up. Eh, wild season and let's hope for a better week. The Packers won, barely thanks to two terrible penalties. The biggest surprises were Cowboys and Chargers losing while the Steelers and Jets notch a win.

Patriots over Giants
Panthers over Buccaneers
Ravens over Bengals

Chiefs over Texans
Saints over Jaguars
Eagles over Vikings
Seahawks over Browns
Redskins over Dolphins

Falcons over Cardinals
Rams over 49ers
Cowboys over Jets
Titans over Broncos
Chargers over Steelers

Packers over Lions

Chiefs over Broncos

Texans over Colts
Jaguars over Bengals

Bills over Dolphins
Lions over Vikings

To sum up... wow. Wacky week 6. Ok.

“Perennial award for only being able to beat the Evil Empire and nothing else” ends up fulfilling their prophecy and beats the Evil Empire (Giants over Patriots)
Buccaneers still show talent over Panthers

Redskins get a free win over Miami but the game is still pathetic
Saint Teddy murders an endangered feline (Saints over Jags)
Ravens feed on the dead carcass of the Bungles
Seahawks drown the Dog Pound
Norsemen have a hunting party where you can only kill Eagles (Vikings over Eagles)
Texas continues to screw over Kansas (Texans over Chiefs)
Cardinals peck the Falcons
Kyle Juszczyk’s spirit single handedly creates an upset victory over the Rams (49ers over Rams)
Mile High strikes the Titans like in 2014 (Broncos over Titans)

Cowboys free win #2 over Jets
Chargers steal the steel from the Steelers

Packers pack up another endangered animal (Packers over Lions)

Bold Pick #4: Kansas City loses three straight (Broncos over Chiefs)
Packers stop being pathetic in Lambeau (Packers over Raiders)
Rams impale Falcons
49ers force the Redskins on the Trail of Tears... again.
Colts put horseshoes on the Texans
Kirk Cousins CAN win against teams over .500 (Vikings over Lions)
Jaguars eat Bengals
Cardinals over Giants
Bills destroy Dolphins
Titans over Chargers
Seahawks over Ravens
Saints make some Bears religious
Eagles avoid the Boys bullets
Bold Pick #5: Jets over Patriots because lol why not and I’m going to regret this
