tbf, this is the same Broncos team that acquired former Super Bowl winner Peyton Manning from the Colts after he was injured during a season, so I think Elway is trying the same tactic, but that comment is just laughable I agree.

He’s been declining for years while his salary has continued to weigh the team down. I wish him the best of luck, but it was time for him to leave. It’ll be interesting to see if LA uses him as a depth option or puts him back inside. Either way, it might mean the Packers are gunning for Devin White in the draft, though they would have to move up to get him, most likely.
