health is pretty irrelevant. Think of what's best for freedom, in this sense the freedom to attend a game.

Imaging packing in fans in 70000 capacity stadiums and expecting zero cases of the virus. Sure sporting events without fans may be dull, but it's the only way to have them on without causing too much spread.

I have my doubts to stadiums with no fans.

Obviously, there will be some limitations, I think someone pointed this out before. ^^ Sponsorships being put onto camera visible seats, essentially. But no fans? You have to realize that the NFL owners, regardless of anyone's opinions, are going to be going for the money, and stadium seating is a big part of that. Once again regardless of opinion, the COVID is becoming less and less of a concern for the public, especially amid other events, and there will certainly be a lot less lashback in the case of full seating.

I didn't think he could get any more annoying, but there it is. Another scumbag that now thinks he's a saint cause he went to church.

He's been in church for years now. My youth pastor was a Steelers fan and I remember him making a big deal out of it. And that was back in... a year when I was in high school... which has been awhile. I'm sorry that people being religious is such a bother to you. Except actually not really, as it doesn't affect you at all. And I'm sorry that you don't think that people can change. Sounds like a depressing way to live.

His point is that he feels Roethlisberger believes that all is forgiven because of his faith, not that he doesn't want people to go to church or that he doesn't believe people can change. No reason to go at him there, because he has a point. Taking a first step doesn't make everything right and it doesn't mean that someone will change.

You'd be surprised. And again, not everyone thinks the COVID is as big a concern. For those of that opinion, its perfectly justifiable to not take precautions.

Stars are overpaid, bench players are underpaid and underprotected, and (most) owners make too much money.

People being religious is not the problem, people being religious and going to church thinking it makes them better than people like me, I personally find that very annoying.
Especially those sports types who get all preachy but don't practice what they preach...
