Not all rookies. The guys that get drafted, from what’s i understand, get at least some guaranteed money. But why would these guys be getting homes bought for them? Once you start taking about 4th round picks and later, these guys have a very good chance of not making the roster. So why would a team buy a guy who isn’t even going to contribute for them a house?
