What do you mean? Did you watch him in college? He’s not ready to play the quarterback position in the NFL. He has had a few scripted plays that have been somewhat successful. He has only 58 percent completion on those drawn up plays. What happens when he’s put in a situation where he has to throw 25 to 35 times in a game? The guy has talent, but he wasn’t a first rounder, I wouldnt have taken him until the fifth. RGIII will have to be the starter if Flacco is out, because he, at the very least, gives the team a chance.

Jackson will turn the football over if he is put into that situation at this point in his career, because right now, he’s a gadget weapon, comparable to Denard Robinson, maybe? I never watched Robinson but that’s what Ive read about him, and looking at his college stat, they seem similar. Sub-par passers with electric, exciting, and enticing, running ability.

I mean...look at Jared Goff and Carson Wentz. Nobody expected anything of either of them, yet they’re both great, solid, young QBs.

And their was that guy whose only pass play last year was throwing an interception, I forgot the name. Does anyone know what he's doing these days?

They were drafted #1 and #2 overall. Everyone thought that Wentz was going to be great. Literally everyone. People were split on Goff. And whether or not Jackson can be good, or will be, he is not ready to play as a starting QB in the NFL. And to your point of Goff and Wentz, they weren’t impressive as rookies. Goff certainly wasn’t ready to play.

And now look at them. Some qbs require some game time to become what they can be, it's a risk while you're giving them that game time but it has to be done sooner or later.

Nope. He needs to sit a year. Mayfield was an accurate passer and had a high football IQ coming out of college. Jackson had, and has, neither of those things. He can run fast. That’s it. That is all he’s good at right now.

I know I’ve made this comparison before, but I think he’s be more like Denard Robinson, tbh. Not an NFL caliber passer, but he can run.

Bell has until Tuesday to haul his ass into work. If not, he don't get to play this season.

I think I’m going to make a couple changes.

First, I’ll take the Jags over the Colts.

Second, as much as I’d love to see it happen, I don’t think Miami has a shot at knocking off Green Bay.

Sure... :eyebrow: ...but Bortles road record is something like 5-28. But OTOH it isn't 0-33. So there is that. I'm sticking with da Dolts.

Overstated and exaggerated, but somewhat truthful. The Ravens decided to pay RGIII to keep more options in mind. Options. Get it? :p

I usually don't comment on the commercials during a TV broadcast of an NFL football game but here goes...

Col. Sanders hooking up with Aunt Jemima personified as a bottle is so wrong on so many levels. smh.

And beyond the obvious, everybody knows he should've hooked up with Uncle Ben because chicken goes better with rice than with waffles. But, come to think of it, they could perform as a menage a trois.

After an AFC North team beat up an NFC South team badly on Thursday, today the opposite is happening. The Saints had the ball 5 times in the first half in Cincy. They scored 5 touchdowns.
