He was a spoiled brat who's works contributed to misery and destruction. If you actually read the communist manifesto, it's pretty awful. People do criticize Nietzche and Heidegger for their influence on fascism.
Adam Smith is the only of any of those you mentioned that you can't point a finger at for being immoral. He never advocated any sort of violence, lived a more or less nonconfrontational live, was purely technical. You can criticize him on his points or his reasoning, but you can't assign moral blame to him nor call him an abomination. All he literally said was that tariffs are bad and that trade is good.
