Well, no, it's an opinion. You're entitled to think whatever you want about them, but the fact that you can't point to anything in particular indeed makes me think that it's more an issue of them disagreeing with you than anything else. (Note I'm not particularly invested in any of them: never heard of Hbomberguy, never watched PhilosophyTube, though I've seen both ContraPoints and Lindsey Ellis. I like their videos, but they're not my favorites and will readily acknowledge that they're mediocre at best.)
And even if you do just dislike them because you disagree with them, just say it. I hate Ben Shapiro because I find most of his beliefs repugnant (though his personality doesn't help matters, either). The notion that you can't dislike someone for their beliefs (or, at least, aren't supposed to) is stupid--people have philosophical disagreements--wars have been started over less.
