I would eliminate the executive branch and change the legislative branch to be a direct democracy. A referendum would be held to create a new constitution, but any part of it could be changed later if enough agreed (80 % for some things). Referendums would be done for everything federal and local, and a referendum would be held to decide how often, but a petition could make one start any time. Judges would be selected by both lottery and voting, and may or may not be limited to a set of qualifications chosen by the people.

What the US needs to do is become more liberal, and eliminate the Electoral College.
That would fix quite a bit of problems.

The Electoral College isn't the problem it's the main stream media and the fact that they treat political candidates who aren't from the two main parties like jokes while some of them are the media should just give them screen time, interviews, and everything else they give candidates of the two main parties and let the people decide who to vote for as the electoral college gets rid of the Tyranny of the Majority problem caused by a electing people directly as there will be people who will feel as if their vote doesn't matter as much because of where they live ie the entire heartland of the US and other remote areas where people live

Please explain "Overturn Citizens United, Hobby Lobby, Janus, Shelby County and if necessary reinstate Roe v. Wade." I was taught in school that Hobby Lobby should be boycotted due to it funding abortions (and also told that the UN was created solely to spread communism, by the USSR, and that planes spread chemicals to lower fertility... ).I still am unsure what all to question..
