Restructure the US Government

So I want to know how people would Restructure the US Government from the current branches the US government has into a monarchy and to start off I will post how I would do it.


So starting with the Executive Branch I would make it so that it is still at the top of the government structure of the US. That being said where the US has a President and Vice-President I would give each a purpose with the President being in charge of foreign relations and the Vice-President being in charge of domestic affairs.

The Departments under the President
State, Defense, Immigration, Veterans Affairs, CIA, NSA, the U.S. Trade Representative, and the US UN Representative


The Departments under the Vice-President
Education, Interior, FBI, IRS, Justice, Agriculture, Homeland Security, FAA, FCC, etc.


The Vice-President would also be required to sit at the head of the Senate as is defined in the US Constitution with the Vice-President being the "President of the Senate" which would turn the US Senate into something like the UK House of Commons as the Vice-President would go back to being the canidate who came in second place during the election of President, or both the President and Vice-President would be elected separately as they techically are now. I was also thinking that sense the Vice-President is "President of the Senate" then I would make it so the Vice-President is choosen by the Majority Party in the US Senate something like this would make it so that the Vice-President can directly decide what laws are passed or not but It would be easier to remove a Vice-President as the Senate could just hold a vote of "No Confindence" like in the UK House of Commons with the removal of Prime Minister or the US House of Representatives could draw papers of "Early VP Election" if the Vice-President is elected sparately from the President.


US House of Representatives
The House of Representatives wouldn't really change much as the only changes I'd make to it would be that Representatives can only serve four years in the House and the position of "Speaker of the House" would be an elected position with the same powers as he/she has now, but with one extra power and that would be as the "Head of Government" and the name would be changed from "Speaker of the House" to "Chairman/Chairwoman of Congress" and they would have the power to recall both houses of the Legislature.

US Supreme Court of the United States
This branch wouldn't really change at all but the Chief Justice would be Elected by the people every three years with no term limit as to how long they can serve but the canidate would have to have passed the BAR Exam in their home state as well as pass a new Exam made exculcively created for the Position of Chief Justice which would be a test of their knownledge on the US Constitution which would have to be taken before they could even run for Chief Justice of SCOTUS.

There's no fixing the corrupt, bureaucratic cancer that is the US government. I would not 'restructure' it at all, especially not into a monarchy. I'd abolish it and establish a single-party fascist state instead.

There's no fixing the corrupt, bureaucratic cancer that is the US government. I would not 'restructure' it at all, especially not into a monarchy. I'd abolish it and establish a single-party fascist state instead.

Simple, really. All power would be invested into a single government organism comprised entirely of party members and headed by a strong central authority figure. Said individual would have the final say in all party decisions, obviously, and would be the primary driving force behind all actions undertaken by the state. Should any of his or her actions be deemed incompetent, ideologically impure, or treasonous there will be a vote of no confidence among party members. Should it succeed, they will be forced to step down or face arrest by the party's paramilitary wing. To prevent the creation of a 'cult of personality', all loyalty programs in the military and society will be directed toward ideology and not any specific person - with emphasis on ideological purity.

So an elected Chief Justice who has to have passed the bar and some made-up new exam on their "knowledge of the Constitution", a VP who acts more like a PM and who controls some elements of the executive but not others, two-term limits on the House, and the Speaker gets renamed and can "recall both houses" (do you mean like dissolve them and call snap elections?)...
