Being outside is when you want to spend as little time in the toilet as possible.

For Singapore, about 90% of the toilets are passable, to be honest. Pretty clean, especially for the ones in the shopping malls.

Myanmar is when it all start to gone down the crapper, literally. I won't say anything because it wil be TMI, so let's just say "Home toilet is the best".

For that you'll have to visit a restaurant or some other establishment. Protip: always carry a pack of moist towelettes or a bottle of hand sanitizer with you whenever you find yourself in unknow urban jungles.

That's a useful tip even when you know there's a public bathroom with handwashing facilities. Because a lot of them are poorly maintained and you never know when the sink or handdryer will be out of order.
