Hence for parts of the game, a character is Invulnerable, in other parts of the game, they are Vulnerable. At any point in time, it is possible for a character to be completely protected from damage.
Now imagine this concept applied to Infallibility. The police being Infallible most of the time/the vast majority of the time. Make sense?
This analogy is piss-poor and you should feel bad for making it. Ultimately, I've come to the conclusion that you have no idea what infallibility means and are too proud to admit defeat and move on.
Either you're right all the time, and thus infallible, or you're not. There is no nonsensical middle-stage where you're incapable of making mistakes except when you are. Jesus Christ almighty.
