I don't think any woman should be forced to carry to term or to abort. That's what being pro-choice is about. But your scenario is rather silly. Even red states in the US can't prosecute women for having an abortion. Especially not when said abortion is performed in the allotted time.

The resolution of Roe vs. Wade makes it almost impossible for them to rule in favor of every restriction to make abortion and Roe irrelevant.

That's not a fantasy though. As outlandish as Triassica's claims may be, it is really easier to revert every progressive reform than it is to make those reforms. The most recent example I recall would be Bermuda's honest-to-god dance with the Homosexual marriage (they legalized it. They banned it. They legalized it again.)
Reactionary people (as in, people who act in reaction and as opposition to social and political reform) can do all sort of shit when not kept in check, and the recent election has kinda put them in charge -to keep the others in check, no less-.

That is not how it works. Apparently the only reason women has the right to an abortion is because the Supreme Court said so in the 70s. They can and have overturned case rulings. They have done so before.

Abortion is a woman's right and no one has a right to interfere in a private medical decision. Are those against abortions going to adopt the unwanted children?

Should there be restrictions on late term abortions? Yes but there should be exceptions for toxic pregnancies.

Women shouldn't go to jail for practicing their right though. Laws against abortion are illegitmate. Thus police have no authority to arrest women for non existent crimes. Yet as red states would be under the delusion that abortion is a crime thanks to an illegitmate overturning of Roe V Wade and an illegitmate act of legislation, women need to protect themselves from the illegitmate law.
