This implies Sino-Russian ties are ever a sure thing. Central Asia is Russia's backyard and China's destiny - the only real area of agreement they have is opposing le evil Americans. They don't even agree on Europe these days; Moscow isn't too pleased with how much business Beijing does with them.

Meh, anyway, I have to say I don't really support this.

Ending the Russian occupation/annexation of Crimea, Transnistria, Abkhazia, South Ossetia, and the South-Eastern Donbass is a far more important issue for the time being.

If parts of Siberia were to begin gaining independence, such as Buryatia or Tuva, they would, as previously mentioned, likely end up as either Mongolia 2.0 or as Chinese pseudo-puppets.

Actually, your first statement isn't true. Siberians have been wanting at least partial independence for a while.

I wasn't aware of it. Got any links about it? And as for Chinese influence, there's nothing objectively wrong, because politics is subjective, but I'm wary of authoritarian third-world countries with increasing influence.

America isn't artificially claiming territorial rights over 20% of the World's trade, brutally repressing ethnic / religious minorities to sustain an unjust annexation (and while doing so attempting to exert control over one of the world's major religions), stealing anything it can't license, and trying to monopolize the next wave of innovation. China is doing all of those things.

Washington has no interest in the Far East when most of their needs and concerns are in European Russia, Europe is the same situation, and no other nation has the capabilities to exert a large amount of influence over that region if it were independent.
