I mean I find it quite sad that some people genuinely think that my parenting would turn my adopted child into a rapist later in life, regardless of my parenting skills, just because I happen to be gay. The argument was based on the fallacious assumption that gay people are incapable of teaching right from wrong, to such an extent that the child would be incapable of discerning later in life that raping people is wrong.

To be fair, hardly anyone believes that.

Not only that, but if they're going to either as individuals or as a group decide that they know what's best for the kids and who the best parents would be then why don't they just adopt the kids themselves and be done with it?

Surely, that'd be a better use of their time than trying to make sure two good parents can't have a kid they want just because they happen to both be men or women.

Because non-white families are generally more supporting and have more values than white families. Also there are to many whites Kids which is a potential cause of racialism. If white Kids are adopted to gays, trannys and other they have a chance to grew up tolerant

You should talk to some folks in the system then. It's a huge difference between being a part of a family, and just a renta-kid.

If all biological parents were capable. ALL kids are better off with their biological parents.

The biggest predictor of success in poor families is an intact family unit.
