Given the reasonable unprobability of achieving such a goal and yet its high degree of vagueness that can easily be manipulated by you I'd say that makes a rather good life goal. Not only are you unlikely to ever reach it in your lifetime thus extending utility greatly but you can keep shifting the goalposts to double the effect or allow your self temporary milestone satisfaction.

I say go for it.
Purpelia does not reflect my actual world views. In fact, the vast majority of Purpelian cannon is meant to shock and thus deliberately insane. I just like playing with the idea of a country of madmen utterly convinced that everyone else are the barbarians. So play along or not but don't ever think it's for real.

The above post contains hyperbole, metaphoric language, embellishment and exaggeration. It may also include badly translated figures of speech and misused idioms. Analyze accordingly.

I'm not necessarily giving my true opinion on this, this is more for debate's sake, by the way. It's partially tongue in cheek. Figured I should give that disclaimer before the MPs come tackle me at formation tonight.

As purp said, there's a lot of interpretation that can go into one's decided objectives.

I too have a tiny tree. I got a little spruce or whatever conifer that I got in elementary school as a sapling. It’s been transplanted with me and now it’s getting to be a big strong tree. Still a way to go, but it’s grown considerably.

But the tree itself doesn’t have to burn

The meaning of life is to take a part in a broader attempt to transcend humanity into the next phase.

"In some remote corner of the universe, poured out and glittering in innumerable solar systems, there once was a star on which clever animals invented knowledge. That was the haughtiest and most mendacious minute of “world history” – yet only a minute. After nature had drawn a few breaths the star grew cold, and the clever animals had to die."
Suffice to say, my view on the meaning of life is that all meanings are equally meaningless from an objective standpoint, but equally worthwhile from a subjective standpoint. My meaning is to make my friends and family happy.

The meaning of life is the Logos, the incarnate Word of God. We exist to have a share in His love and grace, now and thereafter.

Well, that's the meaning that you append to your life, really. For some people, a deity doesn't come into play.
