No seriously, take an example. I listen to deathcore and extratone, and I'm still calmer and more relaxed than whoever I meet. Heavy metal is not as strong as these, and neither has any negative effect, only to those who are already capable of doing harm to themselves. In this case, therapy for them would cost probably less than what income the metal bands make.
