No for several reasons:
1. Under the UN Declaration of Human Rights, discrimination based on political views is forbidden.
2. You listed fucking Bernie Sanders supporters as extremists. He's not at all "a political extremist" - he's probably on par with Jeremy Corbyn (it's just on average Europeans are more left-wing than Americans)
3. People could just lie about their political views in the test

1. Okay, that can be amended. And discrimination based on political views isn't actually discrimination at all. You choose what your views are. Don't want to be discriminated? Don't be a radical.
2. First of all, I'm from the UK, second of all, Bernie Sanders and Jeremy Corbyn are far-left enemies of liberal democracy. Corbyn is a hard socialist terrorist, and Sanders has inspired communists and anarchists all across the United States.

1. You don't "choose" to have a political view, you automatically have certain political views based on evidence you have seen and based your views on. I can't "choose" to believe that abortion should be illegal, just as I can't "choose" to believe that Australia does not exist.
2. Neither Bernie Sanders nor Jeremy Corbyn oppose liberal democracy. If Sanders has inspired communists and anarchists across the US, the same can be said about Donald Trump and the alt-right. Also, the definition of terrorism is "use of violence and intimidation for political purposes", and Corbyn does not use or endorse violent actions (be honest with me, do you support the crackdown on intellectuals and journalists, or in Erdogan's words, "terrorists", in Turkey?).

Hello everyone. I have recently became alarmed at the presence of extremists on the internet, so I've been pondering methods to stop them. One method I have thought of would be the introduction of an internet license. How this would work is you would have to pass a test to obtain a license to access the internet, just as the name suggests. I'm not sure what the specifics of the tests would be, however they would root out and bar extremists (ranging from ISIS to Nazis to Communists to Berniecrats) from accessing the internet and radicalising people. To sign up for online services such as social media or forums, you would have to input your license details, and if you were caught promoting extremism, your license would be terminated.

So what do you all think? Does this sound like a good idea?
