By calling upon your knowledge of the English language? Honestly, what kind of a question is that, you read something, and based on previous knowledge of definitions and word usage, you come to a conclusion. You seemed to have completely ignored the fact that it wasn't even an argument, and went on the defensive, taking the statement as a personal attack, thus proving NERVUN's earlier statement.Directly admit? You act as though misunderstanding someone is some sort of crime.
No, but continuing to deny your own actions and refusing to admit that it was a misunderstanding after some time is quite... How to put this... Disreputable, is the closest I can get, I'm certain there's a more accurate word in the English language for the meaning I'm looking for.
See this is exactly what I mean by useless. You are making a huge issue out of nothing at all in a pathetic attempt to make someone care. You are attempting to "rub in" a simply misunderstanding. Language is relative and my interpretation was one of many possible fully legal ones.
Continuing to deny my own actions? You speak to me as if I'm doing something horribly wrong and continuing to do so.
However pathetic you may claim CM's actions to be, you dignified them with a response. For one so opposed to argument for its own sake, you seem rather inclined towards furthering arguments you seem to see as of that kind.
I'm unsure if defending myself from baseless allegations is worthwhile or not worthwhile. What do you think?
As I've said, the only worth I place on NSG is how it can entertain me. Debating those who disagree with me does this, as does idle chatter with my friends. But as you seem opposed to conflict for its own sake, it can't but think it odd that you persist with NnT et al over very little.
As an aside, I have been reading "Pride And Prejudice And Zombies" recently. And drinking. These things may impact my use of the English language.
