My parish (Church of England) has barred it. It's too theologically unsound according to our vicar.

I’ve been to a number of different Lutheran churches myself, and can’t say that I’ve heard it once. I don’t really have an explanation for why not, seeing as it seems relatively well-known despite my never having heard of it before.
