Moreover, in certain areas, Russian laws are more liberal than in some Western countries such as the United States.

It's also worth noting that Vladimir Putin personally is much less homophobic than the general populace, but his hands are tied.

Do you know that there are several layers to hell? Limbo for example is a place in hell for righteous Pagans, who may have not experience the supernatural happiness of heaven but experience natural happiness. It's also a place for babies who were not baptized not through their own fault.
