From what I know of the man he would probably just be your usual conservative Justice. I've yet to really find anything noteworthy at all on him except maybe that he has an interest in employee-employer disputes and tends to side with the former.

Despite the fact it won't work, and states like Ohio and my state of Pennsylvania have already tried to end gerrymandering in their own ways. Or have you forgotten that.

Look for GOP Senators Corker or Flake and/or possibly Collins to insist this nominee will have to be purely a jurist, free from political taint. With McCain ill, two of these senators can deny it, that is if all the Dems also vote no. Therefore, Trump will likely nominate Michael Cohen. Hey, lol, he hasn't been indicted yet.
