Most certainly, because Democrats are still making things tough for us. That is why, for example, Trump told the Republicans to forget about pushing through immigration bills until after November, because then we won't have to deal with the Democrats really.

I sense 14th and 15th amendment rights will likely suffer and erode with whoever Trump picks since a lot of conservatives have been working their hardest against those amendments ever since they were adopted.

From what I know of the man he would probably just be your usual conservative Justice. I've yet to really find anything noteworthy at all on him except maybe that he has an interest in employee-employer disputes and tends to side with the former.

With a conservative majority does this mean that students can sue the federal board of education for improperly looking after their welfare and require every teacher in the union to open carry?

Because I sure hope it does. I can’t think of anything better coming out of this.

Taking power in the state houses and gerrymander the Republicans to oblivion. The SCOTUS obviously made it legal and what is wrong with some good revenge?

Despite the fact it won't work, and states like Ohio and my state of Pennsylvania have already tried to end gerrymandering in their own ways. Or have you forgotten that.
