I’d start calling your MP and complaining.

Still, sorry about your situation. Being the victim of a crime is bad enough, but it must be worse when no one will even respond to a 999.

Fuck's sake that's a joke. Might be worth giving them a call maybe? A wait that long could be because someone's not passed a message on or something.
As an editor I seam to spend an awful lot of thyme going threw issues and checking that they're no oblivious errars. Its a tough job but someone's got too do it!

Of course it is. They don't want to have to actually take responsibility for all the shit they've caused.

That, or Rees-Mogg doesn't actually have the influence to get 48 Tories to initiate a leadership election.

Refer to my previous comment; if you want the police to respond report a hate crime. Stereotypes don't get created out of nothing, they're real.

My MP is Angela Rayner. I have neither the time nor enough crayons to explain the situation to her.

Police here aren’t great either to be honest - nine times out of ten they’ll blast their sirens and drive slowly so any trouble disperses before they get there. Seen it done with Gypsies before who’d been setup on some farm. Also once took three hours for the police to show up to a robbery - that was well and truly over.

People in my town are more likely to handle things on their own than phone the police. I could probably find out who robbed me in a couple of days if I was mugged, while the police would just say, “Sorry, not much we can do.” And then the council and police here wonder why they’re unpopular and why violent crime is so high.

If we're going to share police stories, I saw a pair of PCSOs walk by when three Romanians (one woman/man and one woman) were fighting over an old bicycle in the street. They came by then, asked "everything alright" among the screams and then walked off. Not sure if we still have the video as our camera faces right on the pavement. Probably get done over DPA sooner than they would be sanctioned.

Aspirations to fabled notions of fascist train punctuality, but in reality even her removal taxi is running a year and a half late. The meter is still running of course, and we're paying for it.

This might shock you but Mogg neither leads the group nor did he send a letter until the weekend while others wanted her gone months before.

I guess for all the talk of him being a possibility for the next PM, he's just an inconsequential back-bencher.

Every time a letter goes in he briefly pauses from his daily routine of ripping foxes to shreds with his teeth and cackles the phrase "dance my puppets, dance!" It's a handy break in which Nanny can wipe his mouth and keep him presentable, but there's rumours that he's also started chasing the local postmen to try to speed up those final few letters.

It should be noted that such behaviour, erratic as we might think it to be, is actually perfectly normal on his home planet.

So apparently hanging a brace freshly shot pheasants from my window in uni halls is encouraging vermin... even though they’re two stories off the ground.
Where can I hang them?

Why the fuck are you hanging shot pheasants from your Uni room window?

Like are you really surprised that they told you not to do that?

It’s just an anti hunting stance. I forgot to mention they also said it might make other students uncomfortable.
