Better than the EU admittedly, here are the benefits:

• right to free speech
• right to bear arms
• actually enforced right against improper searches
• actual professional basketball league
• NFL expansion team likely
• wendys and Whataburger are one step closer
• bigger food and drink portions

ideally, we would take the best parts of the US and UK and combine them into one better country. the UK, however, is much more likely to take the worst parts of the UK and US and combine them into one mega-shit country. this is, of course, precisely the reason that the US distanced itself from the UK in the first place, and it is no coincidence that the best anglo country is the one that revolted the hardest.

realistically speaking, your best bet would be to take the EU and inject some actual proper respect for freedom into it. this would instantly make the EU a much more free place without sacrificing the regulations that prevent it from descending into US style cyberpunk hell. of course, they will never do this, but it is nice to think about.
