The truth is that what the US is doing regarding breaking up families of illegal immigrants, is wrong. I'm well aware that there are laws that must be followed but the way they're implementing them is reprehensible.

Tbh, there are parallels that can be drawn with how Nazi Germany invading Norway, the Lebensborn program, and breaking up families currently in the US. The difference is that, more often than not, these kids are placed with their own extended families rather than being given to strangers. But you're still wresting them away from their parents.
