Give the islands independence with strong trade relations with Argentina and the UK. Make it a Commonwealth nation. Give all islanders Argentinian and British citizenship.

Independence is unfeasible and undesirable to the Falkland Islanders. The United Kingdom has stated they won't do anything without the consent of the islanders, and they overwhelmingly reject any changes to there situation being made. They don't independence or secession to Argentinian so the solution is simple, don't change anything.
