Im personally a bit torn on it, i dont like sending people away when they could end up in a very very bad situation, but at the same time Italy is not doing the greatest and has taken in a lot already. Would prefer to see an increase of support for African nations to stamp down on their radicals and help with industrial and infrastructure build up to try and ease the flow, so that people dont have to leave their own country anymore.

It would be very hard to achieve because many African leader, even if they are not dictators, are afraid of the vision of neo-colonization. It would make economical cooperation very hard. Of course there are some nations that don't have the burden of colonization such as China but the increase of Chinese influence in Africa wouldn't be rather a good thing.
