Take good, careful note where you call Daddy Sherman a war criminal. Now, considering he did three things of significant note during the war (that being, fighting Confederate forces in open battle, fighting Confederate forces through scorched earth to eradicate their supply lines, logistics, and infrastructure, and fighting the Confederates through freeing thousands of slaves during that second act of fighting the Confederates), it can be predisposed one of them is what you're referring to. And since only an utterly insane person would declare open battle a war crime, we can either presume you're talking about freeing the slaves, which is just as insane, or his scorched earth strategy, which by extension means you're against his freeing of the slaves by proxy, as he did that WHILE burning, burning, burnin' the South to the fucking dirt from Atlanta to Savannah.
