Indeed, that's why he suffered a massive attack by the media (and without it he would probably have won the race as he had a very bulky vote share in the primaries).

Shitting on people ain't a presidential qualification anyways but I can see your point

Most would say the poor but, when you look at the amount of people retiring every day and the fact people are living longer, it becomes pretty clear that the cost of supporting them will rack up to trillions. So yeah, retirees must certainly.

The "poor" is a booby option that says more about the respondent than the survey

Most redistribution in the USA is upwards. Puts all the money in one place so bearing the monetary costs of the omnistate is electorally viable (for a little while more, anyways)

le housing theory of everything is interesting, so it's probably homeowners and retirees who are the most guilty for holding AMERICA hostage

I'm generally skeptical of people who reduce all economic problems to "housing" or "land" like the Geoists.

NIMBYs (i.e. "homeowners") probably caused the recession so

The Liberated Territories wrote:I'm generally skeptical of people who reduce all economic problems to "housing" or "land" like the Geoists.

Georgism is "correct" in theory but in practice nobody is going to pay a sufficient LVT b/c that would eliminate all smallholders. As to the last business cycle caused by a collapse of the housing market, housing theory probably has a lot to do in explaining why it happened.
