Came back to slimming world after 2 missed weeks due to moving house and getting shit set up, which means my normal meals were completely out the window and i shovelled a ton of fast food into my face, but the heavy lifting, and running and sweating balanced it out as i managed to fucking maintain my weight from three weeks ago.

Fucking. Get. In. Son.

Expected a huge gain this week, so this was a delightful piece of news.
