I think I’ll take a break from the gym tonight, maybe. Depends on how much peer pressure the local Army bros can muster up against my decision. I did a few ab workouts my buddy recommended and while I was shaking quite a bit at the time, I didn’t feel that much pain so I figured I’d just do set after set. Now my abs are destroyed and it hurts to do many things. Wew soreness. That and I incremented up in weight for my bench presses and I decided to change things up and bench again after a day of other shit. My chest is stronger than my arms but now that my arms have caught up, I’m feeling it all over my upper body, namely chest and arms.

I need to eat more protein.
