Just call up a local FFL and ask if they do transfers and if they do they'll be able to help you out with getting your gat. Though I'd try to find a place that doesn't have too high of a transfer fee because some FFL's get obnoxious with them.
According to gunbroker I need an FFL first which considering the rather cheap price. I should be able to handle it. I can just go to my county building to apply right?
What Gunbroker means is that you need an FFL near you they can ship the gun to. They're not allowed to ship the gun to your house. You could technically become an FFL but it's a complicated process you don't need to bother with right now.
My recommendation is to go to a range near you and take an introductory class as well as drop $100 on range time there. Handle a bunch of different guns, see what you like.
