How many rounds (203gr) will a Mosin-Nugget eat before the barrel wears-out?

a lot.

Functionally, probably 20,000 rounds before significant accuracy loss. Wear will be faster if you're rapid firing.

It caught on fire twice already and melted two riflscope-covers (not mine), a scope mount (aluminum rail), a gun-case, and a sling (also not mine, someone put their rifle down on top of a freshly-used Mosin, Mosin ate it).

I'm considering three-quarter ounce "duplex" bullets. But I'm thinking that'll only accelerate barrel-wear further.

Typically if you're using real ammo and clean religiously you can shoot till it falls apart
As for catching on fire...use a Lee Enfield No.4????? I've never heard of a bolt action catching fire unless its filthy and the offending dirt is that flammable.

My thought is maybe if you cycle too fast the gas can't escape and builds up in the magazine. Issue is that alone wouldn't cause a fire even with heavy use residue and that you have to reload after 5 shots which would give more time to cool.
It just doesn't make sense

Sustained rapid fire for about half an hour (maybe more) using stripper-clips* and enough air circulating between the barrel and handgaurd (shimmed with cleaning patches [used, but fairly confident the CLP had evaporated away during storage prior to use as a shim]).
(although by "caught fire" it means the wood got blackened and charred where it contacted the barrel, and small flames could be seen and they would usually flicker out on their own, automotive-paint that was used to highlight the sights had peeled/burned off in some places)

*to maintain the rate of fire, the ammunition was laid out in a somewhat ridiculously large and meticulously oriented pile on a bench.

Natr'ly, people would be saying the shims were the cause of the flames, and not the rate of fire. Although on prior sessions with the shims in-place, there were no such complications. Plus gun-oil generally won't catch fire no matter how hot the barrel is when you shove a patch down it. (towards the end, I ran patches soaked in WD-40/mineral-spirits (solvent) down the hot barrel to cool it off)

Perhaps there was some flammable offending dirt with a medicore flash-point still on those patches? Not low enough to light-up like a zippo lighter, but after a few hundred rounds...

And besides, the stock is oiled birchwood with a faint smell of gasoline... is plenty flammable.

I don't see how the injunction coming out of a western Washington State Court has any standing or weight against Cody Wilson.

The file thing I was aware of.
Edit, after a search, I've found the files on other CAD websites, those DEFCAD files are spreading like wildfire.

I was lookin' around at a sporting goods store, and they had a couple of Remington pump rifles, which seemed to be new. I didn't realize they had started making pump rifles again.

Heard those are fairly popular in Australia. Altough I I went for a pump action rifle personally I would get one of those Troy models.

I thought Remington had stopped making them decades ago. I'm not terribly familiar with pump rifles though, but they seem kinda cool.

Yah they’d are. Kinda have a thing for them and straight pull variants of semi auto rifles.

If they could make something competitive against the Mossberg MVP, then it may see sales go nifty.

That or make their .308 chambered Model 7600s NATO-mag compliant as a poor-fella's AR-10.

There are also .223 pump action rifles that use AR mags as well. In fact, unless they made pump actions in .30-30, .444 Marlin or .45-70, those are the only two pump action rifles I want.
