I don't understand how wearing a burqa is not a recognizable purpose. Everyone who sees a woman wearing a burqa knows it is for her religion. Maybe I'm missing something legalistic, but religion should surely be a recognizable purpose. Once again, religious freedom is a fundamental natural right. Any civilized society should protect it.
