Green energy is the safer bet, going forward. In fact, iirc, Donald Trump had to impose economic regulations to make sure people would buy more coal.

But do tell me about beautiful clean coal and tech upstarts in green energy deserve no love?

Sorry, but you're not going to convince me that killing one industry to prop another one up is such a wonderful way to go.

Unless you got something that shows that shit is being dealt with the miners could be beatniks for all it matters.

When was the last time anything like that even happened?

I was more clarifying the apparent argument than proving any thing.
Showing the problem is non-existent can count as "Shit dealt with" but that's a different argument than saying people who might not have control over such things don't mean to do it.

110% do I support nuclear energy. Such a shame that the general public is often too scared of it.

The industry is killing itself as evidenced by the fact Trump needs to place incentives to get people to jump off natural gas and green energy and back on coal.

I doubt it, they might reduce their ability to make and research bombs in exchange for some kind of concession, but I don't think Kim is willing to completely forsake the nuke program.

Regardless, whatever happens will be written in history as Trump's biggest moment in his presidency, for good or ill.

Yeah, North Korea still wants attention. Having a vestige of a nuclear program that they can still flaunt from time to time, will be something they can gain attention off.

Trump-Kim Summit MEGAThread ®️

Postby Crazybloxian Empire » Sun Jun 10, 2018 6:30 pm

Attention all People! The day has come!

The Trump-Kim Summit!

We are all definitely excited for this summit, and we hope that it sure goes well. The two Koreas are still technically at war. This summit, hopefully should end the Korean War. The only problem is that North Korea is denuclearising, but a YouTube video from “PolyMatter” discussed a theory that N.K may really not be denuclearising. This cycle has happened once in c. 2000-2010, when the 6-Party talks were held. North Korea decided to denuclearise, but after a year, North Korea was back at it again, Testing nuclear missiles. Again.

The news stated that Donald Trump has arrived in Singapore before Tuesday, when the summit would be held. The summit would be held in Sentosa Island, Singapore.

As a message to anyone going for a vacation to Sentosa, expect a whole ton of police fo be guarding. And there at Sentosa, when you’re there, smile. Cuz’ you’re on camera.

The Singapore Police Force would tighten security across Sentosa Island, to make sure no terrorist or bad guy would be able to bomb the summit. Police are definitely the masters of SECURITY.

Share your opinions below, and be respectful. You should definitely read the One-Stop Rules Shop. And according to the One Stop Rules Shop, mild swearing is permitted.

Always be respectful to everyone on the Forums.

Credit to PolyMatter YouTube Channel for material for the “N.K Denuclearization Cycle Theory”.

That's excessive. Coal needs to be gradually phased out if we don't want to ruin people's livelihood.

I mean, considering a lot of coal miners are refusing retraining for other industries, do they really care about their own livelihood?
