Oh yeah, saw that letter about how the President isn't capable of breaking the law since he is the nations chief law enforcement officer, so he would only be undermining himself!

After my brain rebooted from the stupid I played another round 'Imagine if Obama had done it' and thought about the calm, respectful agreement that surely would have come from all conservative corners if Obama's attorneys had ever made such a claim.

The moved on to the amusing thought that if that's true, then even if all the nutjob conspiracy theories about OBama infiltrating and spying on the Trump campaign are true...doesn't matter, he was POTUS so he was entitled to do it. Trump Logic!

The unprecedented letter contends that Trump could not possibly be charged with obstruction of justice for firing former FBI Director James Comey last year, as the Constitution grants the president absolute authority over federal investigations.
