He wants Mitch to use the nuclear option for in order to push for the border wall. His immigration bill failed with 39 votes back in February, so it's not like he's being held back by the 60 vote requirement. He also probably doesn't have the votes to change the procedural rules. So he's basically just crying on Twitter, as per usual.

California wildfires are being magnified & made so much worse because “environmental” laws REQUIRE the planting of trees made out of wood! Isn’t wood flamable? AND WHY IS IT that when theirs a fire, there are pics of firemen who were ALREADY there? Are they starting these fires?!
