I mean yeah, how do you classify art?

My point is that depending on how much leeway you’re willing to give the definition of art, then literally every business can discriminate against whomever they like without repercussion.

It’s why I don’t think art by itself should be the standard by which we define whether or not a business person can discriminate in their operation.

What's that got to do with it? You can legislate against prostitution, doesn't mean prostitutes are not equal under the law. Not having polygamy doesn't mean people with multiple partners aren't equal under the law.

That is different. That is not a race, religion or sexual orientation.

And if there is a religion that says it's followers have to avoid wearing shoes and shirts?

Your the one who has called the civil rights act or anti discrimination laws unconstitutional.

Anti discrimination laws for private businesses are unconstitutional on a Federal level (because the Constitution does not give the Federal government authority to make such regulations) but not on a state level (since the Constitution doesn't contain a right to discriminate).

There are a lot of current laws not explicitly mentioned in the constitution. Therefore anything not explicitly mentioned in the constitution ought to be repealed?

Nooo, because the Constitution allows Congress to make laws on the matters it says they can legislate upon.

It's not covered by any matter the Constitution gives Congress authority to legislate upon. It hinges on the right of Congress to make laws regulating commerce among the states, but looking at the Federalist Papers, "among the states" means between the states, i.e. interstate commerce. Congress has authority to make laws regulating commerce with other countries and between the states (or else states might tariff each other or make individual trade agreements with foreign nations), but not to regulate any and all commercial activity nationwide.

No, homosexuals should only marry someone of the opposite sex if they love them. Love doesn't require sexual attraction, and many homosexual men can attest to this.
