I believe we should exist. Now, I am sure everyone would be rich and non-disabled if all wishes were granted and we lived in utopia. However, this is not utopia. Infants die for no reason. There is millions of people starving in the whole world. Would that ever happened if we lived in utopia ? No. So we have to make this world a little bit better. We have to change the way we run things so , for instance, moor people are fed and infants don't die of simple diseases.

The working poor should not exist for the simply reason that no person who works should ever be poor. The fact one can be both extremely poor and still have a job indicates horrible problems in your society. And once you have a society that tolerates such an aberration is murder really that surprising?

Arguably the case could be made that there is no possible way to make a utopia without going full-on extremist ala utopia justifies the means. Its no secret that quite a few "utopias" happen in part due to the deaths of millions or billions after some catastrophe...so you know shit happens.

The working poor in (native country) will always be a burden on (native country). I'm not considering the working poor of China on the US.

The real burden occurs when you go so poor you reach the group that is not only a burden on the treasury (inevitable in a civilised country with welfare) but also a burden on the economy in general, where their upkeep costs the economy more in transfers and wasted opportunity costs than in productive spending. This inevitably includes any heavily disabled person.
