I think there are more factors at play here than guns.

There's more causes to mass shootings than guns but as to why America is so much more likely to have school shootings, there's only one reason.

I wasn't specifically talking about guns. I just wondering about the tendency towards homicide so common among American students. You don't see students in other countries so eager to kill others.

Yes it raises it to 5, (if you count the two columbine minors as just 1).
Which still means that a Age Restriction for people below 21 would apply to only 1/3 of the mass shootings in the last 10 years.

By raising the age for all firearms, it become a de facto ban on firearms to those of the majority of age(18-20) and the ability for those to exercise their enumerated right to keep and bear arms and a means to have a tool to aid in their self-defense, hunting, target shooting etc.

It does seem to contradict the 2nd Amendment and wouldn't be all that productive anyway, even in countries without said amendment.
