Been coming, I'd have liked to see RLC for Alli or Lingard now but should have been a lot earlier.

Honestly, this was a miracle run that I didn't even see coming and I was more optimistic about England than most people (mainly due to the draw). But England have now crumbled in the fashion we're used to. Oh well...
