IMHO, 'anybody except the Warriors' reflects the sentiment of most people. Their first Championship since 1975? That was alright; the rest not so much. Neither was losing to Cleveland after that 73-win season. :|

Also, I like to remind people (even though I'm pulling for the Blazers and/or maybe the Raptors) is the series' aren't over yet. Even though they were 5 games back then, be sure to look up Game 5 of the 1994 Playoffs between Seattle and Denver. Or Game 7 of the 2000 Western Conference Finals.

It's gotta be the beginning of the end at least. Pop isn't going to want to coach forever, management needs to be changed/shuffled regularly in basketball. Buford may be great but with almost 20 years at the GM position he's starting to show some rust. The Spurs are too good to cash in on lottery talent (assuming said lottery players are good lol) and their core is only good enough to get diminishing returns from trades barring a miracle. Nothing last forever...except the Patriots but fuck those guys. No one wants to imagine a post Popovich universe, but its a reality the world will have to accept.
