Yep. He called his party a socialist workers' party and put his flag on a red field to fool commies/socialists/labor into voting for him. He made the three colors the same three as the imperial flag and called his party a German national party to fool conservatives into voting for him. He slapped a big giant symbol for "muh indo-europeans" on it to get more votes from proto-nazis.
