Imagine you meet someone who looks like a regular old cis guy or girl... and then you learn they were assigned the opposite gender at birth. Just out of curiosity... would you change the pronouns to match their birth sex or just continue using their preferred pronouns?

Because I assure you, way more trans people pass than you realize. There's a reason the trans community has the concept of "stealth."
