Usually I do one or two wipes sitting down first, just to scrub out any insolence hiding in the cracks. Then I get up, because you need a good stretch after doing the deed, and wipe from there.

Honestly? I lean to my left. Wipe with TP first, then grab a moist towelette designed for septec and wash the area, then a smaller TP amount to dry. Basically dry-wet-dry.
