No one can help in that particular thing. They must do it themselves, somehow. I have Asperger syndrome myself, so I actually do know how tough it can be, to deal with social stuff.
They can always use services of mail order bride agencies, if they don't find it degrading. While I do, in fact, I also know that it won't dissapear, just because some moral inqusitors in today's society demands it - just like prostitution.
